Abstract

Poster presentation describing some of the results of the primary research undertaken in 2007 in relation to my PhD. The aim of which is to evaluate the recreational choices made by visitors at two locations on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site, Dorset and to explore in detail the importance of interpretation in enhancing the visitors on-site experience. The primary research consisted of a detailed visitor survey undetaken by 600 visitors which explored their on-site experiences, at each of the two study sites.
