Abstract
Paper aiming to discuss briefly the advantages and limitations of different methods of presenting mandibular tooth wear with regard to comparing different assemblages and identifying specific husbandry regimes. A method is developed for the conversion of results of Grant's method of tooth wear analysis to a Payne style format for sheep/goat, cow and pig
