Abstract

This is a book that is designed for tutors to use directly with their students. This version is designed for students in any disciplines. The book does as it says, using the principles of academic assertiveness to support better group work. There are many scenarios to illustrate the points made and students ultimately discuss a series of problematic situations in groups that might well be within their experience.
