Abstract

Bournemouth Churches Housing Association (BCHA) provides housing, support, advice and learning tailored to the individual needs of homeless and vulnerable people and others at risk of social exclusion. Working with Bournemouth University’s Business School, this Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) was initiated to address service, quality, organisational and management issues by selecting and implementing relevant tools to assist the task.
