Abstract
Next Control Systems provides building control and monitoring solutions to a wide range of clients. Working with Bournemouth University, this Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) was set up to enhance its 24-hour remote refrigeration alarm monitoring service, by developing a knowledge-based software system using predictive data analysis and modelling techniques.
