Abstract
This Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project was a successful collaboration between Strainstall Group Ltd and the University of Bournemouth. The aim was to strategically enhance quality management processes to ensure an effective contract review mechanism, to improve the efficiency of and reduce financial risk from tender response and bidding activity.
