Abstract
Trust relationships involve a trustor (provider) and a trustee (receiver), and should be bi-directional so that risks and benefits achieved equilibrium. For some managers, trusting placement students who enter the workplace on a short-term basis with a variety of knowledge and skills is often difficult.
