Abstract
Examines the developing themes of deregulation and modernisation of corporate decision-making and higher standards of directors' accountability. Looks at the Company Law Review's recommendations on meetings, directors' duties, increased disclosure through the mandatory Operating and Financial Review (OFR), and directors' remuneration.
