Abstract
Presents the results of a study which found that many Financial Times Stock Exchange companies disregard employee disclosures required by the 1985 Companies Act, as of June 2005. Proposal stated in the Company Law Reform white paper published in March 2005; Provisions of the 1985 Companies Act; Possible reason behind the allowing the practice of non-compliance.
