Abstract

Considers demands for the reform of company law. Assesses the consultation paper, Flexibility and Accessibility, issued by the DTI in May 2004, the recommendations on the use of powers to restate and reform the law, and that company law provisions should generally remain in primary legislation, and potential problems.
