Abstract

On the Technical Program of this millennium symposium, there were three plenary talks by leading figures on wireless communication, adaptive signal processing, and analog processing of neural networks of the vestibular system in the brain. Two innovative panels on exciting topics of Internet utility in circuit and systems, and broadband telecommunication were offered, two independent best student paper competitions were organized. All this is in addition to the core and mature areas of circuits and systems. The program illustrates the evolving and revolutionary ways of circuits and systems in creating knowledge and propelling new technologies
