Abstract

The setting of this study was a wholesale shrub nursery providing sheltered work experience for over 50 people with, or recovering from, mental health problems. The researchers used qualitative methods to explore and describe the perspectives of the users about the Sheltered Work Opportunities Project, their contact with health professionals and their social circumstances.
