Abstract

The article reflects on the two review papers in the current issue of the "Journal of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine." These are "Environmental Influences in Cancer Aetiology," by John Newby and Vyvyan Howard, and "The Health Effects of Waste Incinerators," by Jeremy Thompson and Honor Anthony. The papers offer relevant information on the environmental aspects of cancer and the health effects of incinerators which are few of the issues that should be prioritized by the British government.
