There are many careers in health and social care, some familiar like medicine and nursing and some less familiar like health scientists, occupational therapists, dieticians and radiographers. They may be based in a variety of settings - from a hospital to care home to being out in the community or in a treatment centre or laboratory. Take a look and open your mind to the fantastic range of jobs and the wide variety of learning opportunities that will help you access your chosen careers. These include vocational work based qualifications such as NVQs, through to Foundation degrees and professionally qualifying degree programmes.
