Abstract

This paper has been written following a growing groundswell of requests to the National Association of Training Officers in Personal Social Services for help and guidance as to how to evaluate the effectiveness of training within social services departements. The paper offers practical advices on how to evaluate your training activity in a variety of methods which are explained with examples and advantages and disadvantages cleraly identified.
