Abstract

This text has been primarily written to support candidates who wish to undertake a Post Qualifying Social Work award, in the field of Community Care and working with Vulnerable Adults. It is written as a series of self contained chapters to support the learning on the course and colleagues and ex-students from within the Institute of Health and Community Studies, at Bournemouth University have written the various chapters. Their combined experience and expertise is considerable and clear for all to see from their contributions.
