Abstract
This research is about identifying and measuring success criteria applicable to ‘sustainable’ projects. In particular, the research study will consider several different techniques such as EVM (Earned Value Management) and the Agile Methodology using case studies based upon Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) operating in Pakistan. PRINCE 2 and PRISM techniques will be used to evaluate the success measurement criteria, and the project will apply a lens based upon UN Sustainability Goal 4 (Quality Education) as its focus.
